Hi, I’m Leo and I am a Lab technician. As lab technician, I process lab orders. I am the guy in the back making prints, developing film, scanning, transferring, and so on. I was born in Ann Arbor and grew up in the area. I really started to get into photography when I was a sophomore in high school. My high school was fortunate enough to have a darkroom that it still used for photography class. Around the same time I found my dad’s old ricoh 35mm camera from college. Turns out it no longer worked, but I loved tinkering with it. I tried to fix it without much success, but it was a great lesson in how cameras work. The next year my parents bought me a functioning camera for my birthday. I’ve been learning and growing ever since then. I truly love shooting film and have always been fascinated with analog processes.
