Summer Photo Contest: Summer of Film

Join us for a Summer of Film!

CameraMall Ann Arbor & Woodward Camera Birmingham have come together for a summer-long photo contest, from June 15th - August 15th. Contest prizes made possible by Kodak Professional.

To celebrate the joy of analog photography, we invite you to submit your best film photos to our contest! Whether you're an avid medium format shooter, or love the simplicity of 35mm, we welcome all formats and styles for this contest. We invite you to explore the prize categories below for inspiration on what we're seeking. There will be eight winners in total–two grand prizes and six category prizes.

 

Grand Prizes

(Kodak Propack + $50 developing & scanning credit)

Category Prizes

(Two rolls of Kodak film + developing & scanning for both rolls)

 - Nature's Beauty: Landscapes, wildlife, flowers, and more.
 - Urban Exploration: Capture intriguing scenes, architecture, street life, or urban culture.
 - Portrait Stories: Portraits that tell a story or evoke emotion.
 - Experimental Techniques: Experiment with double exposures, light leaks, creative framing, or other unconventional techniques.
 - Color Splash: Emphasize color contrasts & bold hues.
 - Black & White Elegance: Showcase the timeless beauty of black and white photography.
