We package and ship your order with care to ensure you receive your newly purchased photography goodness in pristine condition.
Where do you ship?
- We only ship within the continental United States.
Do you require a signature?
- Yes, we require a signature for orders over $300.
- We require signature to ensure your order actually reaches you! Package theft has become quite common, and for your protection and ours, we require a signature to be sure your order is delivered to you and not your neighbor.
What shipping services do you offer?
- Standard Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- Typically, we ship our orders using UPS. We can ship FedEx, but it may delay shipment by one business day since there is not a FedEx drop-off location near our store.
- Please note that due to the proliferation of Internet fraud, for any order, you may receive a phone call from CameraMall to verify details over the phone to ensure that you did, indeed, make the purchase, and that your credit card should be charged accordingly.
Do you ship same day?
- We ship orders received by 2PM Eastern Time Monday-Friday by the end of the day. Orders completed after 2PM on Friday-Sunday will be shipped Monday.
- We do not ship orders on legal holidays, and postal and parcel carriers do not conduct business on holidays.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
- You bet we do!
- Orders that will be delivered to PO boxes will be shipped using USPS.
When will I receive my order?
CameraMall is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, so orders to the East Coast or Midwest will be delivered sooner than orders to the West Coast or Southwest.
- For our Michigan residents, you will typically receive your order within 1-2 business days.
- For orders outside of Michigan, we usually deliver orders within 5 business days.
- We provide tracking information with all our orders, so you'll be able to check-in on the location of your new photography gear!
